Chile The Government maintains a policy of support to family
planning and recognizes it as a human right.
Puerto Rico:- Without government help, PRO-FAMILIA has
successfully maintained a telephone service which allows young people to get
information about human sexuality, contraception, AIDS and unwanted pregnancies.
It also provides educational services on human sexuality for adolescents and
training workshops for professionals and community leaders.
Where Fertility is low and % Catholic is low

Sri Lanka:- The government currently spends around five per
cent of gross national product on health. Oral contraceptives are available
without prescription. Abortion is illegal.
Indonesia:- Family planning is an integral part of
